Each Wednesday until daylight saving starts.

Paddling while sitting on the side of pool builds strength and endurance and helps to keep fitness condition through the winter months.

Wear swimmers and optional shirt, bring paddle, drink bottle and either kiddie seat or padded seat.

Be there ready to start by 6.45pm. Pool closes at 8.00pm.
