The shed needs to be cleaned and tidied following the refurbishment of the second 20’s boat and before paddling resumes. Property and Equipment Co-ordinator, Jude Foley has a plan of tasks to be carried out.
The number of people on site should be limited but extra help is required to move the boats safely from and back into the shed. Please reply and indicate when you are able to help.
8.30am move boats from the shed 10-14 people (about 15mins)
8.45am clean shed and equipment 8-10 people (duration of clean)
10:45 return boats to the shed 10-14 people (about 15 mins)

A deep thorough cleaning of the shed is required to remove the fibreglass dust from the walls and floor. Organisers suggest those volunteering to clean equipment and boats should wear protective clothing such as shower cap / cap or hat, plastic poncho, mask and gloves to protect themselves
