Parking for Barry Carne Ski Event - Saturday

Bidgee Dragons and Wagga Sailing Club have an opportunity to jointly raise funds for the all abilities pontoon on Saturday 30th April and Sunday 1st May. 

Wagga Boat Club has offered us the chance to supervise parking for the Barry Carne Memorial Ski Event now scheduled a week earlier than notified.  Racegoers and the general public watching the event  are asked to make a gold coin donation to support a local community organisation - us - and specifically the all abilities pontoon. 

On Saturday, 8 people wearing the high visibility vests provided, are needed to supervise parking for 2 hours per shift with four shifts for the day. Members, if you choose, are able to volunteer for more than one shift  or volunteer on the second day. The shifts  will be from 7.00 - 9.00am,    9.00 - 11.00am, 11.00 -13.00pm and 13.00-15.00 on Saturday.   

On Sunday, 6 people are needed to supervise parking for 2 hours per shift with three shifts from 7.00 - 9.00am,    9.00 - 11.00am, to 11.00 -13.00pm.

Please register separately for Saturday or Sunday. We will contact volunteers to confirm the times you are available.  

A number of Bidgee Dragons will be unavailable as they will officiating or volunteering at NSW State Championships that weekend and the Swim Skills Accreditation test on 30 April will now be rescheduled. 

Members from both clubs and their friends are invited to assist on the day. Many hands make light work!!
