All positions, both elected and volunteer will be declared vacant and open for nominations and election. Any member is eligible to be nominated for a position.

Please consider nominating/volunteering for positions to help our club develop.

Members must be financial to nominate and vote at the AGM.

Attendance and apologies by Monday 16 July 2018. Payment also needs to be made by this date.

A dinner social will follow the AGM, starting at 7pm.

Cost for a two course meal will be $36 plus drinks. Please pay directly into the Bidgee Dragons account, clearly identifying for whom the payment is made.

Menu served alternately:

Main course: Slow roasted lamb leg with minted jus on rustic root
vegetable smash OR Grilled chicken fillet with creamy mushroom reduction and grilled prosciutto

Dessert: Lemon citrus tart with double cream OR Brandy snap basket  filled with candied mixed berries and vanilla mousse

There will be a slide show of the year's activities, and especially of the Venice events, with social activities to follow.

Please indicate your attendance at the meetings and the dinner. Family members and friends are most welcome to attend also.
