Flexibility and Strength exercises

I will run through some flexibility and strength exercises which members may like to work through at home. The aim is to develop these areas in preparation for paddling training sessions for the start of the 2016 2017 season.

I am by no means experienced in this field, and am sharing information learned through the level 2 coaching course. As part of my accreditation, I have to develop an off water session and thought it better to try to demonstrate the exercises rather than just describe them. The session I have developed will be distributed to members.

Come along for the next few Wednesdays until daylight saving starts, and we will be better prepared to get into the paddling.
