All positions, both elected and volunteer will be declared vacant and open for nominations and election. Any member is eligible to be nominated for a position.

Please consider nominating/volunteering for positions to help our club develop.

Members must be financial to nominate and vote at the AGM.

Attendance and apologies by Sunday 14 July 2019.

A dinner social will follow the AGM, starting at 7pm.

Cost for a two course meal will be approximately $36 and confirmed at a later date.

Please indicate your attendance at the meetings and the dinner. Family members and friends are most welcome to attend also.
